Beginner Review

I just finished a three month program with Melissa, me being completely new to this style of working out and training. Right from the very second of our first meeting, I felt totally comfortable with her which was super important for me as we all know how intimidating it can be to start something you've never done before! I never felt shy to ask questions - in fact, I loved asking her questions (about anything related really - diet, form, muscle groups, etc) as she ALWAYS provided an educated answer... Melissa knows her stuff!

One of the things I really love about Melissa's style of training is that she was able to see my particular areas of struggle as they happened and would insert or adapt the exercise to strengthen or change the struggle (before moving on to something else)... and be so patient in the process and then happier than me when I finally overcame the struggle no matter how many reps or sessions it took! She never made me feel bad or silly about doing an exercise wrong or not grasping a concept right away and really made me feel at ease, throughout the entire program, doing movements I'd never even heard of 3 months ago! The program was super enjoyable as she was always incorporating different movements and exercises! I highly recommend working with Melissa - she's accommodating (schedule wise), clearly passionate about what she does and is a wealth of knowledge in her field! Thanks for the GAINS, Melissa!!!
