The Destination

This is where we sit down re-discover your lifes mission! We will sit down and truly map out exactly why you’re on this earth causing you to re-fall in-love with your journey.

Your true lifes mission is the key to finding motivation in the most difficult of times. We often think that we lose motivation, but in fact it may be that we haven’t tapped in deep enough to empower it against that which challenges it.

Together we will re-invigorate your energy by identifying exactly what you’re on this earth to do and create a light that won’t be dimmed on the path to your highest self.


The Road Map

Once we’ve discovered your destination, together we will design your map to get you there. We will organize your goals small but well celebrated landmarks on this map to your highest self.

On this road there will be many road blocks that in the past may have deterred you or made you lose your way. In this program you will to learn to set healthy boundaries, inspire self awareness, manage reactiveness,,learn and re-enforce self love, manage bad moods, teach critical thinking, and learn to trust your self as the authority in your own life!


The Guide

You’ve got the destination, and the map but I am here to guide you along the road and ensure you don’t lose your way.

To re-enforce all the self discovery and skills you are developing, there will be self reflection work and projects to be completed on your own. I will be here to assign them based on your needs, work with you on them in our calls and hold you accountable to committing to your lifes mission when ever it feels the most difficult. Becoming the highest version of your self is simply a series of decisions made in succession with the intention of becoming.

Once that becomes a habit, you will never lose sight of your destination again.

A unique combination of workout programming and mindset coaching. This is a very special program designed to help you get in the best shape of your life while learning how to show up for yourself in all other aspects of your life

We will assess your physical and life goals and combine them into a plan that includes a workout plan, a mindset plan, nutrition counselling with in person sessions & accountability.

Mental Strength Training

This is 100% unique to your needs which can mean nutrition counselling, it’s boundary setting, time management skills, learning to stick to your goals or learning self love.

Together we take back control of your life by identifying what your current road blocks are and blasting through them together. It includes a minimum of 1 hour a week live coaching, work sheets and reflections to do on your own, accountability and check ins on all facets of your life which you need support.
