I first started working with Melissa a year and a half ago. It was honestly the BEST DECISION I ever made. I was in the worst form both in terms of appearance and health. I looked bad, felt bad. Before I came to Melissa, I never thought I'd ever get a trainer but right after our first training it dawned on me how stupid that mindset was and how much more it cost me in the long run! Not only did Melissa help me with my training and accountability, she also helped me progress my mindset to really make healthy choices on the daily. I was now thinking about my health, mentally and physically.

I was conscious of what I was consuming, again, both mentally and physically. My outlook on fitness switched from wanting to have a sexy hourglass body, to wanting to have a stronger, healthy body that got me the sexy hourglass body as a by-product - not the other way around. In addition, I recently went through a knee injury and I was convinced that I was done. I suffered from knee and calf pain on my left leg for over 3 months and resorted to the fact that as long as I can walk I am good... meaning no more hard training, no more stronger body, no more progress. Melissa changed that. Within the first week of restarting my training with her she FIXED IT!

I am now doing 75LBs deadlifts, can you believe that?! I am showing up to the gym 4 times a week with 2 jogging sessions that I do on my own - something I would have NEVER dreamed of doing by myself. All in all, I am SO glad I met this wonderful, magical woman and feel so grateful to her for helping me not only become a better version of myself but also getting closer and closer to becoming the best version every day! I can't recommend her highly ENOUGH!
