Arthritis Cure Review

Before starting with a personal trainer, I was suffering arthritis badly. Melissa focused on the strengthening of each individual joint which diminished the pain completely.

She trained me not only in gym but she made me pay attention to my sitting, walking and sleeping patterns.

By correcting those patterns along with exercise I feel stronger and more active. Having a pain free body was my only goal at first.

But Now that I feel fit and strong I have new exciting goals to look forward to

When the pandemic hit I was a little resistant to training online. I never liked youtube work outs, but Melissa convinced me sitting around was not an option when health is so important.

We now facetime 3 times a week. I really appreciate that we could continue getting stronger and more fit despite isolation.
