I’ve battled my weight gain and poor eating habits for most of my life and after my injury moving back to Canada from LA; I just let myself go! I ate whatever and didn’t care; until I started training with Melissa! What drew me to her in the first was her drive and compassion! She wasn’t a drill sergeant; she understood! Having been there before herself: injured and overweight! She got me back on my feet by first rehabbing my ankle; so much so that I took my first dance class last week! After 2 years!
She taught me how to portion properly and fuel my body with what it needs! She helped me completely changed my outlook on food and working out! I have lost 23 pounds; and I’ve been with her for a month and 2 weeks. Melissa is an amazing human! The perfect personal trainer and I 100% recommend her, she’s perfect for getting you back on track.
