Weight Loss Review

I'm so lucky that I found Melissa when I did. I reached out to her just before Covid-19 hit and we had to self-isolate. Before, I wasn't working out and my eating habits were bad. My health would have taken a major hit.

Instead during self-isolation, I'm almost down 10 lbs in a couple months and eating much more healthier with better portion control. Even though I have knee injuries, Melissa made working out at home easy and helped me learn to use what I have lying around in my house for resistance training. Melissa helped me adapt to this new normal that we're living in. Mindfulness, when it comes to what I'm eating, was another thing we worked on together. Dieting never worked for me and I've tried everything.

Now I eat what I want but I'm smart about it. Money is tight right now but I have absolutely no regrets about choosing to invest in my health
