About Melissa
Who I am and why I do what I do
I am a certified personal trainer/ exercise therapist with many certifications under my belt. But what I really specialize in is returning control and empowerment to women.
Why? Because I spent 90% of my life basing my entire self worth on what my body looked like to others. That left me completely disempowered using exercise and diet to punish myself for not looking how I “should look”.
This led to a complete breakdown of my body creating joint pain, auto immune issues and that never ending cycle of “binge and restrict”. I am now a strength coach with all the strategies to remove that chronic pain whats’s breaking down your quality of life. I’ve developed the empowerment tools keep you showing up for yourself and your workout plan.

I don’t believe in cookie cutter programming. This is why I design each clients program unique to their needs, goals and timeframe. Every one of my programs begin with a comprehensive assessment of goals, lifestyle, habits, and movement patterns. Once the assessment is complete and your goals are clear I design a program to get you there.
Each program is uniquely designed and adaptive to how your body and mind responds to it.
