Workouts
1:1 sessions either in person or via zoom I will teach you the proper form to get the best results. Each session will include mobility & stability training, movements to get you stronger, transform your body and increase your overall fitness knoweldge.
Programming
Based on your live training sessions, goals and schedule I will design an entire workout program filled with videos to teach you form, scheduled weigh ins, meal tracking, weigh ins and progress photos.
Support
You will also receive 24/7 access to me as your trainer. This is for accountability, questions about movements, nutrition and any mindset coaching you may need. Remember, I am here to empower you. There is way more to fitness than showing up and eating clean. There is a lot of learning and unlearning to do on the way to your highest self.
1:1 Personal Training

Form /Movement
Learning the proper form guarantees you better results from each movement as well as reduces your risk of injury. With a trainer watching your form, providing feed back and making corrections helps make the best form muscle memory so you can progress quickly.
Strength Training
Strength is the key to longevity, staying strong is how we maintain our independence, reduce the risk of arthritis and age related muscle weakness. Strength is not just about lifting heavy, it’s about progressing through different phases, techniques and variations to stop the body from hitting plateaus.
Mobility/Stability
Mobility and stability are the keys to getting stronger and getting the most out of our movements. Mobility allows us to hit the proper ranges of motions to recruit the most muscles, and stability keeps us strong and safe in those ranges of motions.

Coaching
Once a week we will be doing a video chat for some mindset coaching. We will explore self worth, self sabatage, nutrition and crush any limiting mindsets that have held you back in the past. Based on your initial consultation I will set up a mindset program for you with exercises, reflections and routines to set you up to become your highest self.
Accountability/Support
Your workouts in this program are being done 100% on your own. This means there must be an accountability factor. Between our coaching sessions you will have access to me via voice note and text message. This is for support when you’re feeling de-motivated, questions about your workouts and nutrition.
